Terms and conditions updated on 1 January 2026.
The booking becomes effective once the guest has paid the agreed deposit by bank transfer, PayPal or bank cheque.
The balance is due 30 days before the start of the rental.
The client is responsible for all damage caused by them. They are invited to take out a holiday insurance policy covering these various risks.
Any cancellation by the tenant must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the owner’s address.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 75% of the stay will be due.
Less than 15 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay will be due.
The owner may terminate the contract during the rental period. This must be duly justified: proven damage to the rented premises, complaints from neighbours, etc. Termination requires the tenants to leave immediately. Whatever the cause of termination, the full amount of the rent remains due to the owner.
If the tenant cuts the stay short, and provided the owner’s liability is not engaged, no refund will be made.
Force majeure: if the tenant shows serious grounds amounting to force majeure (an unforeseeable event, irresistible and external to the tenant) making it impossible to carry out the rental, the contract is terminated by operation of law. The rent already paid by the tenant is refunded, pro rata to the remaining period of occupancy.
For all disputes arising from the performance or interruption of this contract, only the courts of the district where the rented property is located have jurisdiction.
